1st Annual 'WHY Tournament' For Youth. It's a wrap!
Thank you for your support!

The first annual WHY Tournament (Women’s Hockey for Youth), was a resounding success! A huge thanks to the tireless efforts of our volunteers, the support of our participating teams, and contributions of our generous sponsors and donors, together we raised $10,104.89!

The cheque presentation to the Main Place Youth Centre will take place in early April 2020. Youth Ambassador Anika Boersma, as well as East Wellington Community Services liaison Stephanie Conway will be available to discuss the mission of the youth centre and describe the programming that will be in place to serve the youth of our community.

Our goal is to make this an annual community event; we’ve tentatively booked the weekend of February 26th – 28th, 2021 for the 2nd Annual WHY Tournament. More details to follow!

A special shout out to the winning teams, who brought great competition and spirit to the event…
